rebuilding relationships family

Are you ready to finally feel worthy, valued, and prepared to take action to accomplish long-term sobriety??

  • Each time you get some sobriety, you start to fall back into old behaviours and feel at risk of relapse.
  • While you feel generally good about yourself, you feel something is holding you back from the life you truly want.
  • You are in a perpetual cycle of starting and stopping when trying to get clean or sober.

I’ve been there!

Sixteen years ago, I was a passenger in a horrible car accident that nearly swept me from this earth and left me with a traumatic brain injury. Following the accident, I needed to learn how to walk and talk all over again.

This trauma left me feeling hollow to the point that I fell into severe drug addiction leading me to some of the darkest places in my mind. But, even full of self-loathing and resentment, I pulled myself out of it through rehab, trauma therapy, and leaning into my support network.

Though I did tremendous work to recover from my traumatic brain injury and drug addiction, I was still constantly making jokes at my own expense, putting myself last and feeling inferior to everyone else.

Every situation was met with anxiety and fear.

Before I found true self-love, I was a notorious ‘yes’ person. Every time someone needed something from me – a ride, help to move, to talk on the phone all night long (even when I had an exam in the morning), I was their girl. This consistently led me to a place of severe burnout.

My personal, romantic, and professional relationships were so toxic in those days. Life was a mess, and I didn’t know what to do!

One afternoon, during a conversation with my mom about yet another mess that I had caused, I told her I didn’t understand why this kept happening. What she said was unforgettable. She said, “of course, this keeps happening, sweety! You HATE yourself!”

What she had said left me in shock! She was so right. I had stopped putting in the work and I had no relationship with myself at all.

Recovery is a life-long process and I had forgotten that fact.

Because I simply got sober and left it at that, I started to regress. Leaving myself open to the dangers of relapse.

This is where my life changed forever.

I got back into therapy and got myself a mentor. My mentor opened my eyes and made me see that I wasn’t respecting myself. She taught me how to change that and put myself first.

After completing this work, my relationship with myself bloomed into something amazing! People started to reach out to ME to help THEM. Seeing my impact on other people’s lives gave me the life purpose I hadn’t even known I was searching for.

That’s why I created my recovery coaching program. To help other addicts and alcoholics achieve and maintain sobriety.

I created this program by combining what I learned from my experiences getting clean and sober, my lessons from my mentor, my personal journey reconnecting with recovery, and my YEARS of education and employment in the areas of psychology and mental health.

Through this program, you will experience recovery in a whole new way and connect with yourself as you have never before. You will advance from self-doubt and stagnation to self-belief and a readiness to take ACTION with the CONFIDENCE you need to achieve and maintain long-term sobriety.

Break Free Recovery

Connecting with people in a way that leaves you feeling valued and respected after every interaction.

Eliminating self-doubt and uncertainty because you have the tools you need to do it.

Gaining a whole new perspective on life and what you can accomplish while having the confidence to accomplish your dreams.

Phase I: Clarity

In the first phase, we will work together to get you clear on what’s holding you back from maintaining your sobriety. We will determine which areas of your life leave you feeling the most triggered and unlock the specific behaviour and thought patterns that hinder you.

By addressing these patterns, we will uncover where you’re most stuck and what’s diminishing your ability to achieve success.

Phase II: In-depth connection with self

This is where the internal work begins. In the previous phase, we clarified what’s holding you back.

Now, we’ll work together on strengthening your relationship with yourself. Once you have a stronger relationship with yourself, you will gain the ability to notice your triggers and negative patterns, and I will assist you in achieving the ability to neutralize those triggers.

Once you gain the skill to notice and neutralize your triggers and negative patterns, you will be able to:

  • Stop your self-sabotaging habits
  • Let go of fear and self-doubt, and
  • Silence self-limiting beliefs

All of this will give you the strength you need to get closer to a life you don’t need to escape from.

Phase III: Action

In the final phase, we will compile everything we have worked on in the previous two phases and shift it to move you confidently toward your new life.

Using our detailed work over the past two phases, we’ll completely personalize what you aim to achieve to ensure it’s the best, most efficient way to move forward. We will do this by mapping out a plan with step-by-step tangible goals to reinforce what you’ve learned.

You will genuinely advance more confidently and see more progress than you’ve ever seen before because now you’re fully aware of your strengths and weaknesses, so you can start living your life the way you’ve always wanted.

New fears will pop up along the way, which is normal and expected. But we’ll be prepared to face and neutralize them by staying on top of your mindset and continuing to shift it.

We’ll be proactively aware of triggers, limiting beliefs and self-doubts so that you don’t get stuck again. And I will be there for you every step of the way!
